Phinix was founded in 2015 with an idea of making clean, delicious Mediterranean food that is also accessible for maximum wellness impact. Since then, we have gone to work with Boston-area universities, sports teams, and hospitals. Daily, hundreds of people enjoy our award-winning corporate & residential catering.
Our cuisine is largely gluten-free, dairy-free, peanut-free, soy-free, and vegan friendly – all with BIG flavor! We offer low-glycemic options such as parboiled rice (GI=38), black beans (GI=30), chickpeas (GI=36) and buckwheat (GI=49) – these carry a potential positive impact upon blood glucose level, cholesterol, and weight loss.
